Ruby's Deadly Secret was nominated for best mystery in 2010 at the Preditors and Editors annual Poll. Results are in and Ruby placed eighth. I'm honored. Competition is tough as the most hard boiled detective, stiff as a dead body and rewarding as winning the lottery -- at least to a mystery writer. :)
